  • Ankle pumps 
  • Quad sets 
  • Heel slides
  • Straight leg raises 
  • Straight leg raises to the outside
  • Straight leg raises to the inside
  • Sitting heel slides
  • Ball squeezes
  • Weight shift 
  • Sitting toe raises
